We provide custom microarrays for any sequenced genome in a number of formats. We
design and validate customized arrays for upto
100,000 probes per microarray for insitu synthesis on regular glass slides. Arrays
are synthesized on 1x3 inch glass slides and are
comptible with standard microarray hybridization and scanning equipment. The flexibility
of our in situ microarray synthesis platform
allows customers to even vary the length of the probes( upto 70 mers ) on each array.

Arrays are synthesized using a light directed in-situ synthesis technology. It has
98+% stepwise yield, same as phosphoramidite
chemistry used in traditional DNA synthesis. This enables us to provide arrays with
much higher purity oligo probes compared to the
technologies using phosphoramides protected by UV light cleavable protection group.
MiRNA Expression
A genome-wide microRNA (miRNA) expression profiling service using standard arrays
for mature miRNA of all species available in
the latest version of the Sanger miRNA database. Our services are comprehensive
and includes small RNA enrichment from your total RNA
sample, single or dual color labelling, hybridization, image processing and data
analysis.
