Yeast Genomic DNA Extraction Kit

• Quick and efficient isolation of high molecular weight genomic DNA (50-100Kb) from yeast.

Plasmid Extraction Kit (Midi & Maxi)

Kit Features:

• Plasmid DNA isolated in bulk amounts using NucleoBond Columns which are polypropylene columns with a silica resin packed between two inertfilter elements
• The protocal is suitable for purifying most plasmids ranging from 3-10 kb, cosmids from 10-50kb, and very large constructs (P1 constructs, BACs, Pacs) up to 300 Kb.

PCR Purification Kit
